Have you learned how to count with your fingers like Mr. Herzog did?

Let us know what your favorite food is so far. Did you try any chicken feet? Are you drinking a lot of tea?

Mrs. Tolisano and Mrs. St. Cyr,
The video was incredible. The music and the editing made it seem like a professional video. We hope you weren't too seasick on that rocky boat.

The 6th grade enjoyed the noodle roadblock. It became quite competitive. They are eagerly anticipating tomorrow's challenge in the Amazing Race.

The 5th and 6th grade teachers have created Chinese classrooms. Each class carries around a jar of 200 Hershey Kisses. A kiss is taken by a teacher each time the class breaks one of the Chinese classroom rules. Danielle says it is hard. The classrooms now have straight rows of desks. Students must enter the room in silence and stand behind their desk until the teacher greets the class with "Ni Hao students". They reply "Ni Hao teacher" and are then allowed to sit. Being quiet and raising hands to speak seems to be the biggest challenge. The students have so much to share that being patient is very hard. The class with the most kisses left in the jar at the end of 7 days will win.

We are eagerly waiting for the Chinese word for teacher and student so we can say the whole phrase in Chinese.

We miss you!
