Amazing Race - Day 4 Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise and movements.
You will watch a Tai Chi sequence on video today.
- Race coordinators will divide your team into 4 groups.
- All students will practice imitating a sequence that race coordinator predetermined.
- All members of the group have to perform the same sequence.
- When group feels prepared to present their sequence, race coordinator will check for accuracy of sequence.
Race coordinators will time how long it takes for each group to learn the Tai- Chi sequence. Once all the groups learned the sequence, the class is given a riddle. Race coordinator will also time how long it takes the team to solve the riddle. Once the riddle is solved , race coordinators will add that time to the three fastest times of the Tai Chi groups.
The class team with the least amount of time will receive 100 points, second team 80 points and third team 60 points.

Time Zones
In order to move on to the next pitstop, team members will add or subtract, in hours and/or minutes, the differences in various time zones. Teams use the map to locate and find the time differences and record their answers on the worksheet. The Race Coordinator models how it is done and how the number sentence is written.
Team members will take worksheet home and return completed the next day. Race Coordinator will calculate the percentage of each class that turned in correct crossword puzzle. The percentage will be converted into points to be added to final count of points for each team.
